The restaurant in the Silk Road Hotel has a great view. The dishes are a little expensive. I ordered Malaysian food. Of course, there are also Western food. Steak is a little expensive.

Bak Kut Teh is OK, and better than You Kee, you can order Bak Kut Teh directly and it comes with a hodgepodge, no need to order one by one. The dough sticks are a bit soft, it would be better if they were crispy and dipped in Bak Kut Teh. Musang King ice cream saved me from heat stroke🥹

摆渡修行
The restaurant specializes in seafood stir-fry, and this whole floor is their signature dish. The rice noodles are thrown in over high heat until they are burnt, and then stir-fried with lard, Chinese sausage, prawns, squid and black sauce, which is full of Chinese wok flavor. Add egg yolk in the middle and mix it with the rice noodles when eating, which makes it smoother and more fragrant. This is a signature dish that must be ordered. When it is served, the coffee aroma is strong. There is oyster sauce and coffee powder on the pork chop, which has a little caramel aroma and a strong coffee flavor. It is also their signature dish. The crispy tofu skin is stuffed with a lot of salted egg yolks, shrimps, ham, mushrooms, etc. It is so full when you take a bite, it is so big that you will feel full after eating one.

It seems that people in Southeast Asian countries all like to eat Hainan chicken, whether it is Singapore or Thailand. Anyway, the Hainan chicken here is also very delicious, the taste is similar, and the most important thing is that it is very tender and has no blood.

I recommend the claypot curry fish fillet for RM30, which is very unique and combines the cooking methods of many dishes. There is also sweet and sour pork for RM20. Especially the Malay emperor seedlings for RM10, which is very good value for money.

Here you can enjoy the sunset from a high place. The service is very good. Even if the consumption is very low, the store will not expel guests. Guests staying in the hotel can come up only by using the room card. It seems that there are travel agencies organizing guests to come up to watch the sunset. At this time, there will be a lot of people and it will be very noisy.

The Vietnamese food is pretty good. They also have drip coffee, but it takes a long time for it to drip slowly. The Vietnamese pho is just so-so, but the roast chicken rice and beef are pretty good, and the price is cheap.

The decoration style is very Malaysian, but they serve Italian food. The grilled spareribs are delicious. I recommend the spaghetti, which is quite authentic. There is also pasta.
